What Is Reflection Counseling

Mental Health Counselor in a therapy session with a female client

My Therapy Practice

My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. I treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.

My Treatment Focus

I believe that we are created to be in relationship with others.  It is in these past and present relationships with others where we become wounded and often have a difficult time moving beyond our pain.

My Patient Promise

I believe that in the relationship we form during therapy sessions, while addressing past and present wounds – together, we can find a path of healing.

Thank you for your interest of looking into counseling.  By investing in counseling, you are one step closer to a restored life where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being.

My goal is to help you uncover your true potential by addressing past hurts and how they are affecting your life today in present relationships, promoting healing and restoration of painful memories.

While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By  applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will  unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may  be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful  life.

If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
